 Today in class we learned about what arguments are. We got a venn diagram about arguments we got. We also took a Vocabulary test on the words we learned. Then we finished our work. Today We learned the difference between pros and cons and What an argument is. 

 Today in class we read an article about gun violence, especially with underage kids . 

 Today in class we played Kahoot, We also worked in our vocabulary book. we learned the definition of the words 

1/18/2023  Today in class we reviewed the 5 steps in writing an essay.  We also went over our cluster on how to maintain a sucessful job. We took one of our sub headings from the custer and wrote a paragraph on it. Our paragraph was abput the interview process and what it consisted of. We Paragraph was mostly about asking questions during an Interview for multiple reasons 

 Today in class, we learned about the writing process. There are 5 steps to the writing process. We learned/ reviewed how to edit. We used the clustering method to organize how to keep a job. Then we wrote a paragraph

In my opinion The Purpose of life is to hold onto the valuable things in life. To hold on to the good memories of the ones you love. In the short film It shows presents all the way to the past from even being a kid. It showed his life flashing before his eyes 

 THE BEST ADVICE The Best advice My mother/Guardian has given me was to leave these boys alone. She gave me this Advice because the specific dude i was messing with had made me mad so I pulled up on them and they were threatening me saying  that they was gone call the police so AFter I got my stuff from the boy house I just got a uber home . Then He was mad at me so he told my mom that I pulled up on him ( my mom was at work at the time) and so she got mad at me. So basically she was like stop letting these folks have your energy and time and making you get out your character, then she said leave that boy alone. I left him alone EVENTUALLY , i blocked him and everything but recently he found another way to contact me, but im not gone get back with him because that woul just be stupid .

 Today in class We watched a "Short Film" Called the elevator , And i didn't really like it. Also , that passage in the pre- test was long. We alalyzed the text on the test.

                                                              The Elevator Short Film  I think the Film was very disgusting and personally I can’t go for what he went for. I think he should have just taken the stairs or something. He thinks he made a good decision by getting out of the elevator with the overweight people and accidentally got in there with a bunch of sick people.
